- Antes de efectuar la compra de su mercancía, consúltenos si dicha mercancía requiere cumplir con algún permiso especial para su importación y/o exportación y cual es el arancel que se le aplicará.
- Solicitarle a su proveedor copia de la factura comercial, original del certificado de origen a aplicar, lista de empaque y bill of lading original (conocimiento de embarque) y hacernos llegar estos con una semana de anticipación al arribo del buque. Dichos documentos deben de contener todos y cada uno de los datos fiscales del proveedor y comprador y estar debidamente llenados.
- Solicitar a su proveedor que la revalidación del bill of lading sea llevada a cabo con telex release, de lo contrario deberá pedirle a su proveedor le haga llegar el original de este documento y el cual a su vez usted lo deberá endosar en original.
- En caso de ser mercancía en contenedor completo, negocie los días libres de demoras y almacenajes con su proveedor.
- En caso de ser mercancía en contenedor completo y este se utilice hasta destino, favor de considerar que previo al despacho, que hay que hacer un depósito de garantía del contenedor a la compañía naviera.
- Considerar con tiempo, el medio de transporte que se utilizará al destino final.
- Estar en estrecha comunicación con nosotros, con el objetivo de eficientar sus despachos aduanales y evitar incurrir en cobros innecesarios de almacenajes y demoras.
